41st Annual M.S.R.C. Conference and Business Meeting

The M.S.R.C. annual meetings and district conferences would not be successful without the support of our Vendors.

The M.S.R.C. annual conference typically consists of Students and Practitioners from throughout Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Attendance is generally in the 400-500 range and offers vendors a unique opportunity to interact with practioners, supervisors, managers, and directors throughout the midwest region.

Sponsorship

The MSRC is grateful for the help of our vendors as we develop the conference program. Your sponsorship allows us to provide the best education opportunities to Missouri therapists. We welcome sponsorship of speakers, social activities or refreshment breaks. You may also choose to place an advertisement in the conference program. For more information on sponsoring a portion of our event, please contact the vendor chair or conference chair. These sponsorships will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Partial sponsorship of an event may be considered. Please contact the vendor chair for more information.

Speaker Sponsorship

Any vendor who wishes to sponsor a speaker may do so and will receive an exhibit booth with the fee being waived. Sponsorship of a speaker is defined as covering all costs associated with that speaker’s presentation, travel, lodging, expenses and honorarium.

Social Activity Sponsorship

This year we are asking for sponsorship of the Golf Tournament, Volleyball Tournament, and the Fun Run/Walk.

Golf Tournament - $1000 sponsorship includes purchase of snacks, beverages and prizes for the tournament (payment made directly to the MSRC). Vendor will receive recognition in both the conference program and on the website. The fee for a lowest level booth inside the exhibit area will be waived.
Volleyball Tournament - $600 sponsorship includes purchase of participant t-shirts, and refreshments (payment made directly to the MSRC). Vendor will receive a complimentary lowest level booth and recognition in the both the conference program and website. In addition, your company’s logo will be displayed on the participant t-shirts.
Fun Run/Walk - $600 sponsorship includes purchase of participant t-shirts and refreshments (payment made directly to the MSRC). Vendor will receive a complimentary lowest level booth and recognition in the both the conference program and website. In addition, your company’s logo will be displayed on the participant t-shirts.

Advertisement in the Conference Program

After much success last year, we will once again put together a bound conference program. Vendors may purchase ad space in this program. Each conference attendee will receive this program with your ad/contact information. Costs are as follows:

Full page ad: $250
Half page ad: $150
Quarter page ad: $100
